Exchange Policy :- 

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

If your are not happy with our product we can offer you a 48 Hours exchange on all products except tempered glass, camera lens protector, items sold in sales & offers.

  • Items eligible for exchange must be unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.  
  •  Sale, discounted, and coupon-based items are not eligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Process:

  • Contact us via email at support@poshpeople.in or Whatsapp on 9727277896.
  • We offer an paid exchange only which consist a reverse pickup service and a new courier charge with a processing fee of INR 200/-  which is mandatory. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the item to the address provided by our team. Once the product is recieved at our end, then only we can send a new exchange parcel.
  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
    Once we receive and verify the product’s condition, your exchange request will be processed within 7 business days.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a credit voucher will be issued, valid for 30 days. 

3. Exclusions:

Please note that an exchanged product cannot be exchanged again. Second-time exchanges for any product are not allowed.

Return Policy :-

  • Kindly Note we dont have any Return Policy. We only have Paid Exchange available. Kindly refer above for the Exchange procedure.

Damaged or Incorrect Products :-

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support ( email at support@poshpeople.in or Whatsapp on 9727277896 ) within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellation Policy :-

1.  Order Cancellations:

  • Prepaid orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for store credit or design change only**  
  • COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Important Notes

1. Processing Fees:

  • Exchanges incur a non-refundable fee of INR 200/- .

2. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:

  • Sale items like discounted items, and purchases made with promotional codes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3. Damaged or Missing Items:

  • Report any issues within 48 hours with an unboxing video and photos. Our team will resolve the matter promptly.

  • Exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.
  • Shipping timelines for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
