Exchange Policy :-
1. Eligibility for Exchange:
If your are not happy with our product we can offer you a 48 Hours exchange on all products except tempered glass, camera lens protector, items sold in sales & offers.
- Items eligible for exchange must be unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Sale, discounted, and coupon-based items are not eligible for exchange.
2. Exchange Process:

- We offer an paid exchange only which consist a reverse pickup service and a new courier charge with a processing fee of INR 200/- which is mandatory. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the item to the address provided by our team.
- Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Once we receive and verify the product’s condition, your exchange request will be processed within 7 business days.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, a credit voucher will be issued, valid for 30 days.
3. Exclusions:
Please note that an exchanged product cannot be exchanged again. Second-time exchanges for any product are not allowed.
Return Policy :-
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
- A clear unboxing video showing the damage or defect is mandatory to process the return.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Return Process:

- Submit the unboxing video and any relevant photographs.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup. If unavailable, the customer must self-ship the item.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with tags intact..
3. Refund Method:
- Refunds are provided in the form of Gpay / Phone Pay minus the shipping charges.
- Refunds are not provided for sale, discounted, or coupon-based items.
Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellations:
- Prepaid orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for store credit or design change only**
- COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Important Notes
1. Processing Fees:
- Exchanges and Return incur a non-refundable fee of INR 200/- .
- Return exchanges for discounted items incur a fee of INR 250/- .
2. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:
- Sale items, discounted items, and purchases made with promotional codes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. Damaged or Missing Items:
- Report any issues within 48 hours with an unboxing video and photos. Our team will resolve the matter promptly.
